Kano Iken
1) First name is a shortened version of his original name which was terrible beyond description. It was really long and really wapanese. Which is why his last name sounds Japanese too. It's just completely random again. I really aught to change his name but I'm so used to it by now idk if I could.
2) HEY THIS NEOPETS STORY IS KIND OF LAME LETS MAKE ANOTHER ONE WITH HUMANOID CHARACTERS INSTEAD. I literally sat down and typed a bunch of random (terrible) names into Word. And went from there.
3) -tan as fuck
-hair is still white but is no longer long enough for Annie to draw goofy pictures of it.
-about 10 years older, and has a wife and son.
-retarded sephiroth sword has been replaced with scimitar, and a katana for exorcisms and not stabbing people (the katana is of course a reference to his original namesake)
-NOT OMGLOL MYSTERIOUS AND ALOOF anymore, instead he's just the chillest person around and makes fun of the children sometimes. (by children I mean Nemik and Amir, mainly)
-relationship with Zith is about 10 times less creepy and all illogical unnecessary fluff has been removed.
-no more pocky. Dear god that was one of the most retarded things ever.
4) HE IS A MOOR LOL. He and his family live in Southern Spain but the roots of the Ikens lie in Northern Africa/SW Asia.

Longwei Khyre a.k.a. Rekieran a.k.a. Rex
1)LOOKED UP CHINESE FIRST NAMES AND FOUND ONE THAT SEEMED COOL. The last name should be changed but I haven't gotten to it yet. Longwei replaced his original name Rekieran, which is now just his alias. It was just a random name I made up. We call him Rex.
2)I had this vague idea of this sort of aloof gentleman, and at the same time this idea of HEY SNAKE DEMON WOULD BE COLD BLOODED LOL. and merged them.
3)-NOW OLD. But not really, just into his 40s. But he has a bad back and lots of money, and is thus retired. Also he lives in England and goes to Hiken's dad's fancy dinner parties sometimes.
-FLAT SNAKE FACE LOL
-no longer pissy and violent for absolutely no reason, instead he just sort of regards everything with some measure of disdain but just ignores it.
-no more of this retarded separated personality business.

Nemik
1) another random one. It wasn't really wapanese so I kept it. I didn't want to change it to something persian as it's the name he makes up for himself after he loses his memory.

Saul Hazari
1)He's one of my several characters that were originally my neopets, which I then morphed into people and thus gave proper human names. Most were random, but I go Saul's sort of from his original name Slyther. I just made up a last name that sounded vague arabic maybe sort of.
2)I had developed a bunch of my neopets into fairly detailed characters, and I wanted to keep them after I left neopets. Saul probably the most.
3)-just generally grumpy instead of being a retarded emo.
-constantly bandaged somewhere because he gets in 100 million fights not because he's an emo cutter
-LEBANESE/FRENCH
-difficultly speaking English sometimes

Ezekiel Richter
1)Randomly picked the name Ezekiel because I thought it was cool found a german last name I liked online for his last name.
2)I had this really random design that I wanted to use for no reason. idk
3)-no more actual squeaking, he just has a squeaky voice.
-now blond
-has a twin brother
-and a shotgun
-and MPD
-also is now actually a priest.
-no longer near mute, just really socially awkward
4)he was originally going to have a long lost sister, then I got rid of her, then he got a foster sister, and now he also has his legit twin brother Klaus.
